Shipping and Return Policy
What are the shipping costs?
Serena Uziyel offers free shipping for all orders worldwide.
How do I receieve a refund on a returned order?
We have a flexible exchange and return policy and we will refund the full amount back to your account or substitute with a different item upon receipt of the return in its original condition.
Please contact our Customer Service department at info@serenauziyel.com with your refund request and include your Order Number. We will arrange a pick-up from your address and track the shipment until it is returned.
How long will the delivery take?
Once your online order is confirmed, it will take 1 to 2 business days for us to ship it out to your address. It usually takes a week for you to receive your order. We will provide shipping information for you to track your order. For Pre-Orders it takes 6 to 8 weeks for us to prepare your order and ship it out.

How are the products made?
What distinguishes the Serena Uziyel brand is a dedication to the traditions of handcraft. Preferring to begin the design process by investigating materials means all creations are endowed with a luxe, tactile quality. Hours upon hours are devoted to the perfection of a detail. Metal yarns, raffia, hammered copper, twisting, braiding, wrapping are just some of the materials and techniques Serena Uziyel employs which give and an artisanal touch of heritage that enhance her sleek modern designs. A single shoe or bag embellishment can take as much as 50 hours to weave and execute.
Who is the creator?
All of our models designed by Serena Uziyel. Her experiences, travels and observations provide the inspiration to create her unique designs. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, New York, Serena Uziyel worked with an elite range of luxury brands including Moschino, Calvin Klein and Donna Karan over the course of her study. While honing her shoe-making and design skills in Milan and Florence she had the good fortune to learn the technical and theoretical skills of shoe-crafting from veteran Grandmaster Giuseppe Joseph Amolo.
Can I request gift wrap on my order?
Of course! Please kindly let us know from your order notes or at info@serenauziyel.com with your order number and we will do our best to wrap your order in a very special Serena Uziyel package.
What shoe size should I get?
All of our shoe models are crafted in Italian size standards. So we recommend ordering your original shoe size. If you have a xx1/2 shoe size we recommend you get the higher size for a comfortable fit.
How accurate is color display of the products on the Internet?
Each of our products are photographed with precise attention to detail, and the colors shown should accurately depict the item. However, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from one screen to another due to monitor display settings.
What is Made-To-Order?
Our Made-To-Order service is a customization program where you can design your own moccasin by choosing its color, size, embellishment and you can have the option to engrave a special message on the sole. The chosen moccasin can be one of the moccasin models that you see on our website or you can create your very own moccasin by choosing between various options. Made-To-Order’s take 6 to 8 weeks for us to prepare and ship the product after your order confirmation. Order & Payment
Which payment method can I use for online ordering?
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. Serena Uziyel also features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.
PayPal: easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a new PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order gives you the opportunity to buy an item that will become available at a later date. Pre-Order’s are usually dispatched in 4 to 6 weeks after the confirmation of your order.
What is the availability status of items on site?
Our website inventory is updated regularly so all items you will see on the Serena Uziyel website that are not out of stock or pre-order are available for immediate shipment. If you would like to order a specific item that is unavailable on the website, please contact our customer service department at info@serenauziyel.com.
